I was born
in the Pacific Northwest in Portland, Oregon. I grew up in
Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA area and moved to Federal Way, WA in
1968. I worked as a professional firefighter for 32 years and
had time to enjoy fishing on my days off. I decided to start
my business because I love to fish and wanted something to keep me
busy after I retired. I am a full time year round guide and
have been in business since 1990. I love to help others learn
how to fish. Whether you're a seasoned fisher person or a
beginner, I love to share my techniques. I have fished
Northwest Rivers from Southern Oregon to the Canadian Border.
I love
fishing, the outdoors, and providing access for others to some of
the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful places. There is
abundant amount of wildlife and outdoors to experience, rivers and
open water full of fish to catch, mountains and rainforests to see,
and rugged ocean coastlines to gaze upon.
Guiding is
my business and like any successful service provider, I know that
customer satisfaction is the number one priority. I've been
there as both as a guide and a client. For those of you that
don't consider yourselves experts at fishing (and who does), don't
let that bother you. I'll do my best to get you started the
right way. It's up to you to refine your fishing practice into
expert technique.
